In many cases, yes. We check number eligibility and plan the transfer with you. Keep your existing service active until the transfer is confirmed complete.
Do I need to buy new desk phones?
Not necessarily. Tell us which phones you use and we will review compatibility. If new equipment makes more sense, we will help you choose it.
What does my office need for VoIP?
A reliable internet connection, power, and compatible phones or supported software. We review your setup before recommending a system.
What happens during an internet or power outage?
Internet-connected desk phones depend on both. Discuss backup power, a backup connection, and an alternative call-routing plan with us before an outage happens.
How do I get set up with VoltageX App (SMS)?
Contact VoltageX for device setup and to enable calling and texting on your account.
How do I get a price for my team?
Extensions are $24.99 each per month for 1–4, or $19.99 each per month for 5 or more. Ask us to quote equipment, add-ons, and any applicable taxes or fees.
